The KÜHNE KGI-RFM-100 Rotary Filling Machine provides precise quantitative weighing and dispensing for dry materials with irregular shapes, elongated structures or larger individual pieces.
The integrated rotary feeding system continuously guides material toward the weighing mechanism, helping provide controlled feeding for products such as loose-leaf tea, dried herbs, dates, longans, hardware components and other irregular materials.
An electronic intelligent control panel allows the operator to set and manage the quantitative filling process. Once configured, the machine performs the feeding, weighing and discharge process automatically.
With a compact 38 × 36 × 43 cm footprint and machine weight of approximately 16 kg, the FL-100 is suitable for small production facilities, specialty food businesses, tea producers, workshops and other commercial quantitative filling applications.
