The KÜHNE Automatic Coffee Weighing & Filling Station is a configurable weighing and filling system developed for coffee beans and other compatible granular products.
The system automatically weighs and fills product into bags with a stated working capacity of up to 3 kg, production speed of approximately 5–9+ bags per minute, and stated accuracy of ±0.2–2.0 g, depending on the product and operating conditions.
The station can combine automatic product feeding, weighing, bag opening/blow-up assistance, filling and optional nitrogen flushing. Final bag sealing can be handled as a separate manual or optional downstream process, allowing the system to be configured around different coffee-packaging workflows.
