The KÜHNE Semi-Automatic Coffee Bag Nitrogen Flushing Machine is designed for controlled nitrogen flushing of coffee bags and other compatible premade packaging before sealing.
The operator manually positions the bag and activates the flushing cycle using the hand switch. Flushing time can be set to 1, 2, 3 seconds or another required duration, while the integrated batch counter records from 1 to 9,999 bags.
The machine features adjustable nitrogen flushing pressure, a movable bag-support table for different bag sizes, and a dedicated flushing nozzle. Maximum specified nitrogen inlet pressure is ≤0.70 MPa (7 kg).
This standalone configuration is particularly suited to coffee roasters and packaging operations looking to add nitrogen flushing without installing a complete automatic packaging line.
