he KÜHNE Semi-Automatic Coffee Bag Sealing Machine is designed for controlled heat sealing of compatible premade coffee bags and other packaging, with an optional nitrogen flushing function.
Operators can independently adjust the sealing temperature and sealing time according to the packaging material. Sealing time can be set to 1, 2, 3 seconds or another required duration, with approximately 1 second stated as a typical setting.
The machine uses a semi-automatic operating concept, with production speed determined primarily by the operator, bag format and sealing requirements. Its adjustable working table supports different compatible bag sizes.
For coffee applications, the optional nitrogen system can be integrated into the sealing process to replace part of the air inside the package with nitrogen before final sealing.
