DELIVERY
It is generally delivered from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries to private individuals are made on Saturdays only.
Deliveries to corporate customers are only made on Saturdays if DHL/Hermes is informed that the company is open on Saturdays.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Free shipping from €200. For orders with a value of less than €200, DHL Paket or Hermes Paket (National) will charge shipping costs from €4.99.

RETURN
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your item we will confirm your return.
After inspecting the item, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
