The counting time depends on the selected quantity and seed characteristics. The supplied information gives an example of approximately 45–55 seconds for 10,000 tomato seeds.

The system can be configured for counting quantities in the tens, hundreds, thousands and 10,000+ pieces, with a stated maximum of approximately 30,000 pieces per single cycle.

For very large quantities, the counting cycle naturally takes longer than for smaller batches.

Designed for seeds with an approximate diameter from 1 mm to 15+ mm.

Performance depends on:

Seed diameter · Seed shape · Surface characteristics · Required quantity · Feeding behaviour

A sample test is recommended for unusual, highly irregular or difficult-to-separate seeds.

Seed/product type · Approximate seed dimensions · Required number of pieces per batch · Required production capacity · Destination country/postcode · Photos or samples where applicable
