The KÜHNE KGI-PSF-300 is designed specifically for controlled dosing and filling of powdered materials.
The machine uses a screw/auger dosing mechanism to move and meter powder through the discharge outlet. This makes it particularly suitable for products where controlled powder feeding is required, including coffee powder, flour, spices and seasoning products.
The F-LG300 configuration provides a specified weighing range of 30–300 g with manufacturer-stated precision of ±0.5 g.
Its 15 L hopper provides material storage above the dosing mechanism, while the integrated control system allows the operator to manage the filling process.
The filling outlet can be positioned above a compatible pouch, jar, bottle or other receiving container. The machine performs the powder dosing and filling operation; it does not itself manufacture or heat-seal pouches.
