The KÜHNE KGI-RFM-200 Rotary Filling Machine is designed for quantitative weighing and filling of materials with irregular shapes, larger particles or elongated structures.
Unlike conventional powder filling systems, the FL-200 uses a rotary feeding and weighing mechanism. This makes the machine particularly suitable for strip-shaped, block-shaped and irregular materials that require controlled feeding without excessive blockage or material damage.
The system combines quantitative weighing, automatic feeding and controlled discharge in a compact stainless-steel machine. An integrated intelligent control panel allows the operator to configure the filling process according to the target product and filling weight.
The machine handles portions from 1 to 200 g, with a manufacturer-stated precision of ±0.2 g and operating speed of 8–15 bags per minute.
With overall dimensions of only 43 × 36 × 58 cm, the FL-200 provides a practical solution for specialty food production, tea packaging, hardware packaging, electronic components and other small-to-medium quantitative filling applications.
