Continued Support, Despite Strategic Misconduct by the Manufacturer
Despite our documented investment, Stronghold Robotics Co., Ltd. unilaterally ended our official distribution status — without justification, transparency, or acknowledgment of our foundational work in the region. This move, we believe, was not only commercially short-sighted, but also ethically questionable.
Rather than upholding integrity and partnership, Stronghold Robotics began enabling unauthorized sales tactics through entities with no technical infrastructure, no investment history, and no proven expertise in the European roasting market. This includes attempts to undercut pricing, breach territorial agreements, and mislead existing customers — thereby compromising trust and damaging brand reputation in the long term.
