The KÜHNE Automatic Weigh Packaging System is a commercial premade-bag packaging solution designed for automated weighing, filling and handling of coffee and compatible granular products.
The system combines a 1-head linear weigher, automatic bag packer and recommended mini belt conveyor, supporting filling weights up to 1,000 g. It operates at approximately 4–6 bags per minute, with stated weighing accuracy of ±0.2–2.0 g, depending on the product and target portion.
Designed primarily for side gusset bags, the system can also be configured for stand-up, side-sealed, flat-bottom and K-seal bags. Optional equipment includes a faster 2-hopper weighing system, nitrogen flushing, printing and vacuum functions.
